includes:

• Site survey prior to scheduled install .
• Logical, clean and coordinated setup of your site with client.
• Operational checks - audio levels, storage, video monitor calibration, etc.
• Orientation for personnel if required.
• Operational follow up with editorial staff.

terms:

• Systems supplied by client are assumed to be in good operating condition.
• Site must provide adequate working space, heat, light, ventilation, electrical.
• AVID Unity and shared storage is considered as one system.
• Special packing requirements by quote.
• All rates are for Greater Vancouver.
• Customer is responsible for backup of all important information.
